A Little About Dave

Dave Weston is 34 and an active Brazilian jiu-jitsu competitor on the UK circuit. When he first came to me, Dave was already committed to his sport and training regularly. However, like many people who train hard, he was struggling to get real results from the gym.

Dave had been creating his own gym programmes for years, but without the structure and progression he needed, they never really delivered. Motivation was inconsistent, and training often felt like another thing to manage rather than something that supported his performance.

The Struggle Before Coaching

Before we started working together, Dave was trying to juggle his strength training alongside intense jiu-jitsu sessions. His gym work was not clearly linked to his sport, which added unnecessary pressure and uncertainty.
